This 9.59 acre lot is a town owned tax foreclosure sale. The land has thirty feet of frontage on Fort Hill Road with a long dirt driveway leading to a cleared open area near the back of the property. The parcel offers excellent potential for a very private single family home building site and may be suitable for a multiple units. There is an active CMP meter in the cleared area along with an existing mobile home, shed, and storage container. The mobile home is locked and should not be accessed for any reason due to the condition of the property. Agent used the acreage listed on the Town of Gorham's GIS site rather than the assessing card.
